GX publishes general market analysis about crypto assets: market regime, trend strength, candle patterns, news, strategy statistics and, on some plans, trade scenarios. The same content is published to every reader on a plan. GX does not connect to your exchange accounts, does not place or manage trades for you and does not hold your funds.
You must be at least 18, resident in and connecting from a country where GX is available, and not on any sanctions list. GX is currently available only in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine (excluding Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk), Azerbaijan, Kenya and Tanzania. GX is not available anywhere else, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU/EEA, Viet Nam and other countries listed in the Help Centre, and never in Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba or other sanctioned territories. Using a VPN or false residence to get around this is a breach of these Terms and leads to suspension without refund of unused credit.
Plans last 30 days: Basic 10 USDT, Plus 20 USDT, Pro 50 USDT. Plans do not renew unless you pay or turn on renewal from credit. Payments are made in USDT on the networks listed at checkout. Fees do not depend on results.
GX does not give personal investment advice and does not promise any return. Statistics shown on the site describe the past and may not repeat.
GX may change the methods, assets and plan features it publishes. A change that removes a paid feature takes effect at your next renewal; until then you keep what you paid for.
Content can be delayed or interrupted by data-provider outages, network failures or maintenance. Outages of paid features longer than 6 hours in a row are credited day for day.
To the extent allowed by law, GX is not liable for trading losses. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. [TO BE CONFIRMED BY COUNSEL]
You may close your account at any time. GX may suspend accounts that break these terms, create security risk or appear on sanctions lists.
